I emailed a few questions and was quickly impressed by the fast reply and good customer service. After a few emails back and fourth I purchased a ring which I then decided to exchange. Diamond was a disappointment due to EGL International certificate. Its 3 color grade lower then GIA. As a diamond seller they should have explained it properly to consumers. They did mention about it on the web but not specific. I thought I was getting EGL USA (which probably 1 color grade down from EGL) I could have returned it but I didn't have the time.
